Mawred app for iPhone and iPad

This Mawred Mobile Application is intended to all Oman government employees under Oman Civil Service Law.

This application allows employees to submit their leave or return from leave requests. They can monitor their requests progress and check whether their requests approvals status; approved, rejected or still pending.
They can also check their latest monthly salary calculation.
Employee can also check who is of his/her colleagues on leave in the coming 10 days.
The employee can check his or her biodata registered in Mawred.
The employee will receive alert notifications that include warning on the return from leave request has not been submitted after the actual leave return.
A reminder message will be sent to the employee that the leave is over.
Another message will be sent informing the employee salary has been deposited to the bank.
Management will be able to view statistics on HR related Stats.
Management can also push notifications or send bulk SMS to registered employees.
In order to be able to login to this Mobile Mawred application, the employee needs to have a username and password on the onsite Oracle HRMS application.
The employee can request from HR department at his ministry to issue him/her a username and temporary password. The employee then needs to log in to HRMS application to change his/her password before using the mobile application.

You are required to agree once on the privacy statement to access the Mobile Mawred application.
You will be asked to accept receiving push notification. By accepting to receive notification, the System will send you a welcome message as well as other alerts, warnings or informations pertaining your records in the application.
Employee can also request to reset the password. An email will be sent to his/her registered email address in the application. The email address has to be a government provided email address.


يتوفر تطبيق الخدمة الذاتية لكافة مستخدمي نظام مورد لإدارة الموارد البشرية المشغل بالوحدات الحكومية الخاضعة لقانون الخدمة المدنية في سلطنة عمان، الذي يساهم بشكل كبير في تقليل التعامل الورقي في إجراءات شؤون الموظفين، ويمكن هذا التطبيق ومن خلال الهواتف الذكية الموظف من الاستفادة من عدة خدمات أهمها الإطلاع على بريد مورد، والإطلاع على القرارات والتعاميم الصادرة من وزارة الخدمة المدنية التي تهم كافة موظفي قطاع الخدمة المدنية، وخدمة الإشعارات ، كما يتيح التطبيق خاصية وصول رسائل وتنبيهات من النظام، كتحويل راتب الموظف وغيرها من التنبيهات التي تتعلق ببيانات الموظف، وكذلك يوفر التطبيق عدد من الخدمات مثل خدمة طلب الإجازة ، حيث ستصل رسالة عن طريق نفس التطبيق إلى المسؤول المباشر للموافقة على الإجازة وبعدها تصل الى دائرة الموارد البشرية لإصدار قرار التصديق على الإجازة وإمكانية تمديد او إلغاء الإجازة وإدخال إخطار العودة، وبإمكان المسؤولين من خلال التطبيق الإطلاع على موقف الإجازات لموظفيهم، وعدد من الخدمات الأخرى التالية.

طلب رسالة لمن يهمه الامر
الاطلاع على المرؤوسين في اجازه
الاطلاع على البريد الوارد بالخدمة الذاتيه
متابعة الطلبات و الاجراءات التي تم ارسالها
تواصل لطرح ومناقشة موضوع مع بقية الموظفين
وصول اشعارات كتحويل الراتب ووصول بريد جديد والموافقة على الاجازه
ارسال اشعارات للموظفين للمخولين بذلك

ملاحظة : الوزارة او مصمم البرنامج غير مسؤولين عن خلل قد يحصل للمحمول المستخدم بطريقة مباشرة او غير مباشر. للعلم لم يحصل اي خلل في فترة التجربة الطويلة.
